Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern the use and purchase of all Paynow services (Travel Safe, Sleep Safe, Sleep Safe Premium Luggage Safe, Luggage Safe + BRB, Transfer Safe, Parking Safe, Rental Safe, Cruise Safe).
Each service is also governed by its Specific Contractual Conditions, published on our website and delivered to the customer at the time of purchase, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Contracting Parties
The contract is between: Paynow Travel Care S.L.U., Calle Domingo J. Navarro 1, 35002 Las Palmas, Spain, NIF B70908363
Customer: any individual or legal entity purchasing one of the services.

3. Terms Structure
General Terms: common rules for all services (payments, liability limitations, data protection, governing law).
Service-Specific Terms: requirements, benefits, and limitations of each service, as per the attached and online documents.
In case of conflict, the Service-Specific Terms prevail.

4. Customer Obligations
Provide truthful and complete data.
Send all required documentation within the deadlines stated in the relevant service conditions.
Not assign the same claim to third parties or act in conflict with the mandate given to Paynow.

5. Paynow Obligations
Manage the claim according to the service-specific conditions.
Proceed with advances and claim management as outlined in each service’s conditions.
Operate in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
Paynow is not liable for: Force majeure events (strikes, weather conditions, government decisions, etc.).
Delays or refusals by airlines or other third parties.
Any amounts not legally due.

7. Payments
Advances and compensation follow the methods and limits set out in each service’s specific conditions.
Any fixed management fees are stated in the service document.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions.

9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish legislation. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Acceptance
By purchasing a service, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted both these General Terms and the Specific Conditions of the chosen service.
