Are you a travel insurance company?

No. We are not an insurance company. Insurance policies reimburse according to their own terms, often after weeks or months. We advance to the customer amounts that the law requires airlines to pay in case of certain disruptions. After payment, we claim reimbursement directly from the airline.

How long will it take to receive my payment?

Within 96 business hours after we receive all the required documentation.

This time allows us to verify your right to reimbursement and complete the necessary checks.

What documents will I need to provide?

It depends on the service. Usually: boarding pass, booking confirmation for the lost service (hotel, transfer, rental, parking, cruise), receipts for expenses. We will send you a clear checklist.

If I don't have all the documents, can I still get paid?

No. The law requires proof of the disruption and the expenses incurred. Without documents, payment cannot be made.

In most cases, no.
